This accommodation I really recommend the staff are brilliant an they work with are price in staying for the 3 days we did they where very polite an easy to talk to fantastic hospitality the bed rooms are beautiful and the beds are very comfortable had the best 3 nights staying in this hotel id definitely be staying here when I come back to Blackpool again P.s thanks Claire and her partner for making are time her relaxing an special
Very lovely accommodation done the job. Clean tidy and comfortable. On arrival I think the hostess name was clare she was really kind and just a lovely person couldn't do enough for us. Only issue was parking but thats not the hotels fault we know it would be an issue before hand.
Staying at this hotel has been one of the most heartwarming experiences I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, I felt more like a friend than a guest. The owner is truly a gem—so kind, genuine, and welcoming. Even though we didn’t know each other before, she treated me with such warmth and hospitality that I immediately felt at home. It’s rare to find someone who cares so deeply about making people feel comfortable. The hotel itself is cozy, clean, and beautifully maintained, but it's the owner's lovely spirit that makes this place truly special. I can't wait to return!
I don't normally leave reviews, but this was exceptional. Nothing was to much trouble, really friendly and the breakfast was exceptional. Will definitely stay again.
The owners are so nice and friendly. The room we had was a twin room and it was spotlessly clean. Quite spacious and really comfy. The hotel is situated in an ideal location for almost every amenity but also on a quiet street
Excellent location . Ideal for our trip. 2 minute walk to the car park. 5 minute walk to the Winter Gardens ( where our weekend was based). Room was clean and tidy. Staff very friendly . All you would expect for a well priced budget room. No breakfast option available at the time of our stay although we knew this prior to our visit. It wasn't an issue as there were some very good cafes doing a reasonably priced breakfast at either end of the street.Suited us as we weren't tied to a set breakfast time.All in all an ideal room for our stay.

The owner was very lovely. when we arrived she gave us a free room upgrade to a room with a tower view. The room was very clean and spacious, with two bathrooms! The location is amazing as it's only a 4 minute walk to the beach.
